Sports Injuries

In 2019 Lee undertook an internship with Speedworks London, working alongside professional coaches, and other osteopaths as part of a medical team, providing injury assessment, prevention and rehabilitation for elite British and Irish athletes.

In the build-up to the Tokyo Olympics 2020, Lee worked at Brunel University with Linford Christie Academy, providing osteopathic care for British and European sprinters.

We diagnose sports injuries by evaluating your health/medical history and understanding how the injury occurred. We manually treat the underlying tissues and assess other joint biomechanics, in aim to improve your overall function. We also provide you with a bespoke rehabilitative, home exercise programme.

Our goal is to assist you in returning to sport quickly, safely, enhancing your overall performance and preventing injury reoccurrence.
